SIMS PLASTICS RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sims Plastics. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to process your return following the guidelines below.
- We do not allow returns on tanks due to dangerous unknown toxic/hazardous materials
- Returns must have a receipt and be within 30 days of purchase
- All returns must be in resalable condition – This means that an item is in its original condition and shows no signs of use, wear and tear, or damage.
- Damaged pipe/fittings, warped, cracked, sun-damaged will not be accepted for returns. All products must be in new condition.
- Returns can be subject to a restocking fee – such as special orders.
- Returns are subject to the manager’s approval.
- Returns on purchases made with a check can take up to 10 days depending on when the return is made.
